I received excellent customer service from Damien, Marcell and Felix who articulated every service needed in addition to my oil change. This entire service team was awesome. Last, behind a successful team is one excellent manager. Marcell has set the bar as a service manager who treats his team with dignity and his customers with perfection. The guy that changed my oil was great, but Marcel couldn’t quit yelling at how mad he was at Jacob. The guy was literally yelling and saying that he was feeling violent. I’m glad it was me there instead of my wife.
Had the pleasure of dealing with Lorenzo at this location, and he was a great example of how you should never be pressured into buying something you don't need, but providing all the information necessary to make an informed decision. His team went above and beyond to make a tedious experience feel like leisure time spent. Thank you fellas for a great experience!
