I am a single woman, under height of 5 feet! I am an "easy"target to be taken advantage of. I spent many years going to Pep Boys, for a simple Oil change.. and would spend 2 hours plus! I may be a small woman, but I am not that stupid! It does not take 2 hours to change oil! I took a leap over a year ago, have been going to Express Lube on Willow, in Clovis.
