Julia and her team at Take 5 are awesome! She took the time to explain that my car’s skid plate needs a screwdriver instead of the drill others had used, which was super helpful. She even added notes to my account so future visits at any Take 5 will be smoother. You can tell she has a great relationship with her techs, the whole crew works really well together. Excellent service from start to finish! I think I might even switch from my usual Babcock location to this De Zavala one.
Was very good, they were very fast and professional.
i was extremely pleased with Julia and Richie’s attention to detail and customer service. Richie was eager to learn new things and asked questions about different items during our service. Everyone in the bay had a smile on their face and everyone was communicating well with eachother. they are (no pun intended) a well oiled machine!! we will definitely be coming back for a top off.
