Employees were nice but took a long time to do the oil change. It’s so hot here in Texas and waiting inside the car while off, without ac for that long is crazy. I understand why we need to turn it off but please give that instruction when the employees are ready to get started at the car. They had 4 employees and one guy that appeared to be new and not that many cars yet took an hour.
