30 minutes for a 5 minute oil change. Customers came in after me were serviced and out before I was taken care of.
I just went today to get an oil change and the guy told me I was too early that it has only been 1,000 miles since my last oil change. I just looked it up and it has been 3 months and 4 days since my last oil change. My oil level was 79%. He said I should let it get to zero before I get an oil change. I never let it get to zero because I don't want to run out of oil!
My husband brought my vehicle for an oil change and it also needed coolant. The next time I drive the vehicle, the check engine light came on and it wouldn’t accelerate past 25 miles per hour and was basically in safe mode. Husband brought it back so they could look at it and they said everything was fine as far as their service and pulled the codes. came for an oil change, they said my coolant also required service. after a couple miles, engine light comes on so i take it to dealership close by. dealership confirms Take5 didn’t do my coolant right. will not be going back!
