Visited the Toepperwein location just to have them check our Oil level along with other fluids and tires. In and out less than 10 minutes. The technician was very professional especially prior to us entering a bay with a bottle of cold water. Very informative and courteous. I’d recommend this location and place anytime.
They took me in and started to take the oil filter off and then they advise me they don’t have my oil filter. So I had to wait for over 30 mins longer and another 30 mins to finish. I was not compensated for the inconvenience. It was a horrible experience and will no longer use this location. 😡
