I always get great customer service. I've never had a bad visit.
Well when I came in friday,the 7th,I was pulled in the bay,ask to pulled hood up and no one was in bay but one car,15 to 20 min later I was told system was down and they had to go get oil for my car because they was out should be ready in 10 min,the manager said.20 min later I was told it shoul be soon.i waited 30 min or more later it was done,I got military discount but 50% would been better cause I miss my dr appointment. Anyhow I ask for discount was refused.not fair
Jamie and his crew we're awesome. I think I'm going to switch from my old place to here. Fast friendly and very well mannered all the way around.
The customer service was very unwelcoming . They had all the car ports blocked with cones and then got annoyed when I pulled up to the one farther out . The way the hire up talked to the employees was rude and unprofessional. Idk what he had going on that day but he had a bad attitude the whole time . I was the only person there and felt so unwelcomed and like a bother. They did work fast thank goodness cause I couldn’t wait to leave . Never had this issue at any other location .
