I would not recommend this Express Lube for military or people with out-of-state plates. I took my truck to get the State inspection sticker at this Express Lube but was never offered the proper form for out-of-state tags, so when I went to get my truck registered in Texas b/c my tags had expired, I could not b/c apparently I was not given the proper paperwork @ Express Lube. I was fuming, so I called the Express Lube and asked the gentlemen why I was not given the proper paperwork, he stated that mechanics are suppose too. ... read more
