Like others have already stated and I've also experienced myself, the guy that does the vehicle inspections is hardly ever there. I called this morning when they opened and asked when he was coming in, so I can get a utility trailer inspection. I'm told he comes in at 10:00. OK, no problem. I go in at 10:30 and ask if he's there. He's not and the guy tells me he doesn't come in until between 11:00 and noon. Also, they don't do trailer inspections either, he tells me.
