I was greeted with bottled water. Stayed in car. Fast oil change and filter service.They checked and topped off all fluids. Also check n replaced cabin air filter. I used my ride share discount. 10% off. Saved about 15 bucks. Overall it was great service.

Went in for an oil change here because Jiffy Lube was closed for the day. As I pulled in I let the worker know I had a $10 coupon for an oil change, she replied “We’ll do that later”. She later asked for my card and as I’m handing her my card I remind her about the coupon, she looks up at me and says “Oh I forgot, I’m sorry I can’t add it now”. Great. There was no customer service offer to fill up my tires, maybe change my wipers, nothing. What a sour experience.
