Gilbert was amazing and genuinely helped me with something that I would’ve had no idea to fix without him. Antifreeze flush and was very personable and genuine. Great shop and felt blessed to be taken care of that way.
I came in yesterday around 5:30 PM for an oil change. David was my service writer and handled my transaction. When I got home my family, many of whom work in the auto industry, were shocked to see I was charged $130.78 for a basic oil change on a small Subaru. When I initially asked David if there were any coupons available, he hesitated and claimed a coupon "takes about 30 minutes to get to you."
