Absolutely horrible service. I was told between 30 and 45 minutes when I showed up for an oil change and tire rotation. Only to be told an hour later that the oil change was done but it’d be another hour until they got my truck in for the tire rotation.

Heads up New Braunfels... the Express Lube across from HEB near Walnut Ave has a thief... a loser addict took a narcotic pain medicine from my vehicle... the manager Eric.. was in my vehicle but refused to allow me to see his actions in my van in real time, and discounted a young woman's actions in my vehicle also... the fact that they refused to allow me to see the video clearly. From what I could see, the young woman was in my vehicle way too long and she was seen looking right at the pill location. You have to be a punk l... read more

Express lube is the the place to go!!! Knowledgeable staff and quick service it is where I get all my oil changes for personal and work vehicles!!!
I was recently in express on walnut across from Walmart and the best experience. We got right in. I was welcomed by a smiley man. I had a really quick service and my bill was reasonable. I could be happier. Thank you
