Everything was going well and customary at first but when I arrived early, on a Friday, to the shipper (in NJ), I was told I'd have to wait 2.5 hours for my appointment time. Not a big deal as this is par for the course. When they called they loaded me in 22minutes.. very impressive. As there was a heat advisory, the shipper requested the existing ambient load to be refrigerated to 65⁰. Again not a big deal as I had a reefer. Great broker to work with!! Rate was good. Wasn’t nagged at all during the run. And the pay showed up right on time! Didn’t have to ask or beg for it. Looking forward to working with them again!
Very disappointing experience with Express Logistics Group. They are unprofessional and do not handle payments or communication properly. I would not recommend working with this company to any carrier.
Not paying carrier, making fake reasons. Avoid this broker.
