This person shouldn't be in business !!!Mr Walker is very disrespectful, rude, unprofessional. Don't waste your time. I called him to serve a tenant and he responded immediately and took my money. After that, he stopped picking up the phone or answering my emails. Then, when he finally answered (when I called from a different number), he humiliated me for not pronouncing an uncommon word correctly while speaking during this conversation on the phone . I am an out of state attorney who needed service in Bakersfield There was no website, but he was the first one who got back with me I paid him and sent him RUSH documents for service of process. He skipped with the money and never returned call or served the person. Do not use this service.

Should had made my research before hiring Phil Walker, it was an absolute mistake. Payed him and provided him addresses, license plate, ex.. gave him 26 days before my court day. He never served the person, acted confused, was very rude. its was a BIG MISTAKE HIRING THIS MAN.

I should have read the reviews before hiring phil. Its true , he is very rude. I PAID for a rush service. Its been almost 3 months. I have provided 2 locations, phone numbers , what time the person would be at a certain spot. Yet he can't do his job and then talks to me like im stupid. I should have just hired a crackhead off the street for $20 , they would have at least got the job done. He is very unprofessional, he gets caught up in his own lies .
