I ordered a kitchen island with quartz countertops. End result was great and as expected. However, the service was not the best experience. While the initial person I spoke with provided good service, the person at the showroom was not as present as he should've been. For my first appointment with Chris Jones in the showroom, he was 30 minutes late. He didn't excuse himself nor did he apologize for his tardiness. This should've a red flag for me. We had a terrible experience with Kitchens Express and would not recommend them to anyone. The measurements that they came to the house for were completely off, the design was also unacceptable which make a pull out drawer and cabinet unable to open because the dishwasher was blocking it, which threw off our entire kitchen installation. We trusted their team to get it right, but the sizing mistakes caused delays, extra labor costs, and a ton of unnecessary stress.
