I had a cross pendant for many years, which cause it to look like a dirty sliver. I tried many ways to clean it. I called this place, they were able to take me in same day! When I picked up the pendant I was in awe and overly pleased with how well the cleaning was! I would say definitely check this place out 10/10 experience :)
My advice, don’t go here!! Especially if want professionalism and ownership I went to this shop hoping for an easy and quick repair for only having the end piece of the necklace reconnected and it was. Repaired after (4 days). Payed $47 total. Didn’t really bother throughly checking the necklace as I do believe in their workmanship. Until later, I found a different link broken near where they repair it. Excellent job repair the golden ring
The service was fast as I really wanted my engagement ring re sized before thanksgiving weekend. However, a smaller diamond was missing after I got it back. I messaged the guy and never received a response back into it. Not sure if it was due to a bad/careless jeweller or a coincident, but I took a pic before and after it was resized and it was gone after it was resized. Unfortunate as I did really appreciate the speedy service. But maybe that’s my fault for rushing a delicate and intricate process….
