Great store quick service
I had called ahead asking if I could bring in a bent ring that needed fixing and an earring clasp that needed repair. The man working (maybe the owner) made sure to stick around until I got there to take a look. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and was able to fix both on the spot for me and as they were quick fixes, he didn’t even charge me. He went absolutely above and beyond and you can tell he really cares. I would 1000% recommend!
Just walked in for a quick watch band adjustment and they provided a quick, friendly and professional service.
If I can give it 0 stars I would , I took my rings in to get sized and didn’t hear from them for two weeks so I called and the man said my rings were done a week ago . I asked why no one called me , he said cause I have call control on . I asked to speak with the other person I dropped them off to , of course he refused . I told him the neckless I had on lay away to put towards my rings he tried to convince me out of it I said I don’t want to give you guys more money then I have to . Was very friendly and helpful! Fixed my bent ring last minute and did an amazing job doing so. The store is incredible and has pretty much anything someone could possibly be looking for, and everything is reasonably priced.
