Every interaction I’ve had with Express Jewelers has been amazing! They resized my wedding ring quickly for a fair price, and I’ve since bought my wife a beautiful pearl necklace and earrings there. I cannot recommend them enough - their customer service is unparalleled!
Kept my ring for several months, about 4; for a simple repair. Paid $260 and got it back the same way I gave it to him. I sent it back and it looked like the diamonds were glued, one is still wobbly. And one of the small diamonds are missing. Not a very good jeweler. This experience definitely turning fraudulent and scamish. Not happy at all. People pay 3-5 times what jewelry is actually worth just to get ripped off when a simple repair is needed. I rather have a refund than to refer this place for business. Very deceptive a... read more

Had a challenging experience working with Express Jewelers and all in all, I would not have gone there if I was doing the whole engagement/wedding band shopping experience again. Rings turned out beautiful, although the engagement ring setting was a slightly different style than what we had picked out originally. We also were repurposing some family jewelry and didn’t get back the unused diamonds without multiple phone calls from me. Part of the reason for the lower rating is due to the appraiser.
