Had a challenging experience working with Express Jewelers and all in all, I would not have gone there if I was doing the whole engagement/wedding band shopping experience again. Rings turned out beautiful, although the engagement ring setting was a slightly different style than what we had picked out originally. We also were repurposing some family jewelry and didn’t get back the unused diamonds without multiple phone calls from me. Part of the reason for the lower rating is due to the appraiser. Raul was amazing. Brought a necklace to get a pendant put on and Raul got it done in half an hour and charged a super fair price with quality craftsmanship. Apparently they’ve been here since 1987 and have so much history. Highly recommend and love supporting local businesses. Thank you Raul.
