I was getting bids to replace the 20 year old 5 ton unit at my house. I called all the usual suspects: the contractors pushed by the big box retailers and the contractors who advertise heavily on TV and radio. I was getting outlandish bids and wasting alot of time. I will only have Express Heating and Air fix my AC. Where do I start, the operator who came to my house, Edi, explained to me what the problem was in detail and showed me the problem for myself. He gave me a fair price for the problems I had. Especially when compared to other quotes I was given from other companies, and what some companies thought were the problem. My parents had an amazing experience with this company. And so did my wife and I. On time work great pricing and honest work. Very dependable and professional.
