If I could give no stars I would. I was here a few days ago and I got turned down so many times to be seen for something minor . I am so disgusted . The staff at the front desk she is Latina and she is rude . The doctor didn’t even check to see if she could help me . SOMEBODY PLEASE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! I’m going to to the state about this .

If I could give a ZERO I would. This place is the worst medical facility on the planet. Over the phone I was told they accept my insurance, but when I arrived to the office, I was told we don’t accept this insurance and I should “LEARN HOW TO READ BETTER”. This was a BLESSING, the place was NASTY, DIRTY AND FILTHY. I wouldn’t take a dead animal to this DUMP

When they had Med Ped Health Care office in Lanham I use to be a patient for more than 5 years. They shut it down and didn’t let patients know, then they moved to new Carrollton and stopped seeing patients completely and only did COViD testing. No one could access my records, my kids records, they never return calls etc. Then they tell you to go to college park office and that’s even worse service. I took my test at one location, but my results came from another cite. Strange! If this is the policy and procedure I wish I was informed of this as a new patient.
