***UPDATE*** (why I changed from 5 stars to 1 star) I went in for a ribcage xray after an accident. They did two xrays and said I do NOT have any fractures. I took motrin like I was told. Three days later I ended up at ER in extreme pain. Hospital said I have two fractured ribs and one is displaced! I pointed exactly to where my ribs hurt at Express Urgent Care. This is the first urgent care clinic I've visited in my area in a while that actually listens, cares, and treats you! I was a little hesitant at first because the receptionist was also the nurse and he took blood, but the guy did a great job! He was professional and left zero bruising. I got a callback by a nurse the next day explaining my tests. Edit i went this evening Sinus infection. Jawad took my vitals and got me checked in absolutely a very compassionate young man.Love this place the doctor had me out with meds called in within 10 minutes. I recommend this urgent care so much. They were compassionate and so caring I have a place for all my urgent care needs. Rand and Rehman were absolutely Amazing!!! Just had to go back for a sinus infection 5/15 MaryAm was absolutely amazing if they could give 100 stars this establishment would deserve every one of them!!!!

I’d already left my phone at home twice that day and veritable cornucopia of other issues, including the health reason I came in for, where working together to make it a very bad day. Then I found out I did not have insurance. I would not be able to go here, but that didn’t matter to these lovely people. They offered to charge my phone. They referred me to a place I would be able to afford, and gave me a slice of birthday cake because it was Maya’s birthday.
