I was excited to work with Express Granite, I had my countertop picked out within the first 10 minutes of being there. I liked only 1 and asked for a price quote of the countertop via e-mail. I was quoted and the following week signed papers. I was never shown the countertop again, 4 weeks later I had an install of a countertop I had never even SEEN before. We drive 2+ hours to purchase granite from Express Granite because of the competitive pricing but moreso because of the outstanding customer service we receive. We have purchased twice from these guys and will continue to use them for our construction needs.

We highly recommend Express Granite. **** was extremely helpful and responsive to my frequent questions during all phases of the process. From initialing being unsure of exactly what type of stone we wanted to our install a few months later. ( I was indecisive and Gary answered my unending questions) We choose Express based on their customer service. We had our install last week and couldn’t be happier. Everything was on time and done precisely as promised. Thank you to ****and his team for being so professional.

I had marble countertops fabricated and installed by Express Granite. They were very thorough in explaining the pros and cons of marble and helped me choose a stone to suit my needs while offering a very competitive price. The countertops were installed beautifully and in a timely manner. This is all standard, in my opinion. What sets Express apart is their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this company, they helped me out on short notice and did excellent work. Their staff could not be more friendly, In my opinion the best granite company in St.louis.

My husband and I went thru Express granite for purchase and installation of quartz counter top. From the start we were not satisfied with the seam and was told they would take a look we have had the run around and my last conversation today the owner Gary was quite rude and acted like well what do you want me to do like it is my fault it looks bad..... I am very disappointed with how I am being treated....
