I contacted Express Garage Door Repair strictly because of their great reviews — and they did not disappoint. Ron showed up promptly at 6:30 PM to fix our garage door, which had a broken cable and a bent track. He gave us a fair quote for replacing the track but also said he’d try to straighten it first to save us money. So this happened (see photo) at 7 pm on a Saturday night. I called Express Garage Door Repair in a panic and Ron showed up within the hour in the middle of a storm to boot! Unbelievable! He got to work right away and within a couple of hours he fixed my garage door - good as new! Ron went above and beyond to ensure that all was working properly and even helped me slide on a new garage door bottom seal. Thank you!! Professional and courteous service. We had a broken garage door spring on Sunday and called Express Garage Door Repair at 4:37 PM. They gave us a service window between 5-7 PM, and to our surprise, Ron arrived at 5:19 PM—much earlier than expected. He worked quickly and efficiently, finishing the job in just one hour. My garage door decided not to close at midnight. Couldn't figure out why but realized that one side of the cables was frayed and caught. Did a temporary fix and was able to call Express Garage Door Repair in the morning and they came by promptly and fixed everything quickly. The technician noticed my hinges were also cracked and recommended I replaced a few of those. Overall it was awesome service and the work was done well. Would highly recommend.
