We had a broken garage door spring on Sunday and called Express Garage Door Repair at 4:37 PM. They gave us a service window between 5-7 PM, and to our surprise, Ron arrived at 5:19 PM—much earlier than expected. He worked quickly and efficiently, finishing the job in just one hour. Express Garage without hesitation honored the service warranty on the garage door they installed 3.5 years ago. I sent them a photo yesterday after business hours and within 30 minutes Ron called to set up an appointment. My door was fixed first thing this morning! Great service and their install pricing was the best I could find
Called for a service appointment at 3:00pm and Glen arrived at the designated time. He was professional and courteous. Fixed my initial problem quickly. After he left, he called and said he wanted to come back and re-look at the error code that he didn't clear before. Very happy he came back and did that for me. Great service!
