I was initially impressed with the first contact phone call with Dawn! She was very knowledgeable and professional. She dispatched a technician immediately. Demitri showed up within a two hour window. He was experienced and knew right away what the issue was. He had the tools and parts on hand and resolved the issue quickly. He too was very professional with a calm demeanour and assured me that if there were any further issues, I could contact them. I highly recommend this company! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!!!

Really impressed with a service. Booking was simple and easy. Service technician Glen came on time and was able to solve the problem same day , price was very reasonable. Is it possible to do a better service ? May be, but in my opinion this is as good as it can be. Thank you so much for all your hard work. I know that to make company work so efficiently it is not an easy task. All the best for your team and more good customers in the future . Happy Father Day.

Glenn quickly diagnosed the issue (wiring and sensors) and got my opener working correctly after I had disconnected my opener while finishing my drywall and painted my garage. I tried a few things but couldn't figure it out. I needed to get it operational quickly and wanted to know it would run smoothly. Called the day before and set things up. Very friendly, easy to work with and payment was very easy and seemless. Would recommend to anyone and will call again when needed in the future.

Can’t say enough. Dan is a super great guy and his honesty was greatly appreciated! They were quick to attend to our needs and very prompt with their responses as we went through the process. The installer was great and the painter both were genuine and quick too. Thanks again. Highly recommended!! Trev and Wade

I’m so glad I came across Express Garage Doors by accident! Glenn was incredibly helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain the different options, gave his honest opinion on what he felt was the best solution, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. He was very knowledgeable and completed the work in under half an hour. He also shared some helpful tips and tricks to prevent the issue from getting worse in the future, which I really appreciated.
