The technician, Glenn, was especially commendable in his forthright and respectful approach. He identified areas for vigilance and gave practical + cost-efficient advice. We are so glad we went with Express Garage Door to replace our garage door. These guys are great friendly and very knowledgeable. I had to call them back to adjust the sensor at which time he told that I need to replace it and they could help me out. We saw them on Monday to pick the door we wanted and it was done by Wednesday. Excellent service. I recommend this company 100%.

Dmitri was awesome. He was on time, knew what the was talking about. He identified the issue immediately and had it fixed within half an hour. He then gave me some useful tips and info on how to properly maintain my garage door and things to look out for as issues moving forward. On top of that he was a really nice guy. We had a great chat. Everything about my experience was top notch. Highly recommend working with this company should you need to.

I called Ron fairly late into the evening during a winter storm, he came within an hour to assess our garage issue. His team came the very next day to instal our new garage door. Very professional, answered our questions and emails right away. Would recommend them and use them again for any future work required.
