I was initially impressed with the first contact phone call with Dawn! She was very knowledgeable and professional. She dispatched a technician immediately. Demitri showed up within a two hour window. He was experienced and knew right away what the issue was. He had the tools and parts on hand and resolved the issue quickly. He too was very professional with a calm demeanour and assured me that if there were any further issues, I could contact them. I highly recommend this company! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!!!

My garage door broke down on Sunday late afternoon and I called Glenn and he came within 45 minutes and fixed the door in 30 minutes. The service is great and Glenn knows his stuff. The best part is that he gave me useful tips for maintaining the garage door to avoid any future issues. He even spent time to search for products (grease, mat etc) and gave me the names so that I can easily get those products for maintaining the door. A friendly service oriented person.

Really impressed with a service. Booking was simple and easy. Service technician Glen came on time and was able to solve the problem same day , price was very reasonable. Is it possible to do a better service ? May be, but in my opinion this is as good as it can be. Thank you so much for all your hard work. I know that to make company work so efficiently it is not an easy task. All the best for your team and more good customers in the future . Happy Father Day.

Glenn quickly diagnosed the issue (wiring and sensors) and got my opener working correctly after I had disconnected my opener while finishing my drywall and painted my garage. I tried a few things but couldn't figure it out. I needed to get it operational quickly and wanted to know it would run smoothly. Called the day before and set things up. Very friendly, easy to work with and payment was very easy and seemless. Would recommend to anyone and will call again when needed in the future.

We had our garage door installed by them about a year ago, and yesterday we called because it wasn’t closing properly. They were able to come out the very next day and quickly fix the issue. We’ve used their services multiple times now, and every experience has been excellent. Their response time was incredibly impressive, especially being able to come within 24 hours of our call.
