Watch out for Express Freight Finance. They will file a UCC without even telling you. Bully you for wanting to get a LOR from them. When you never signed for any contract with them. Make you pay to get a LOR. Take days to respond for every little thing. Hard to reach they only respond when they feel like it. They are bullies. ******** is the worst making you feel dumb as if you dont know anything about the business.

The worst financial that exists, lack of professionalism, lack of respect I do not recommend it to anyone make them feel good bad, they do not solve the problems and they get upset we do not have an answer they simply tell us ": don't call anymore" so much I the dispather and my drivers have been feeling horrible for 1 week and day and without having an answer, and also working. My experience is that everyone I have dealt with so far is incompetent. EFF made a huge error in reporting which greatly impacted my companies credit score. I am a small company that is in the process of adding people to my team and this is a pretty big set back. I told them I would be charging them a daily penalty until this issue was resolved and my credit was restored to where it had previously been. They can improve by not holding a customers money hostage without notifying the customer while hoping the 90 day policy will pass without notice!!! Oh, and to top it off. They will threaten you and your company with more trouble if you challenge them on this!!! Please avoid this comapny and this POS (JOSH WELSH) aka Tiny Dancer ..aka...gate keeper at ALL COST!!!!

If I could gave negative stars I would. I signed a contract with them and never used them. Couldn't even get simple questions answered in the beginning. I later decide to cancel and move on and they asked that i pay a $250 cancellation fee which is not in my contract. They stated they will not release my company's UCC until I pay. No where in my contract does it state this and now no one will return a call or email . I plan on fighting this and do not recommend this company at all. I have been dealing with them for about 6 months. It always seems like the companies always pay them short. Never did I have this problem with other factories. You call them and never answer, you email them and never reply this company is very unprofessional. They take days to return your phone call.

I can't stand express freight. They keep misplacing my money. Nobody can answer simple question like when will I get funded. I can't stand them. I hope they go out of business.

The SLC UT office is completely full of useless individuals that have no agenda whatsoever of doing more than the bare minimum of what they are responsible for and live by the "not my problem" philosophy. PLEASE DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!
