Great place with all the equipment needed for training. Staff is very dedicated to your fitness goal and there every step of the way for you. The wealth of knowledge and expert advice is but one of the many perks to joining this gym. Members get classes of Zumba, Yoga, and Tai Chi to name a few. I've been a member for over a year now and am AMAZED at the transformation they have helped me achieve. This is the place to be.
