Staff was very welcoming as I sought out a place to work out that had a better selection of equipment and overall a better environment. I'm happy to report that I worked out at Express Fitness 24/7 for the first time tonight and I left extremely satisfied. This is my new home for all my fitness/healthy life style needs and I recommend it to everybody.
