Very bad on communication and customer service. Clinic does not let patients knows hours of operation in office or over the phone. I was having an emergency drove to the clinic just to find out they are closed with a paper notice. Do not recommend coming here
82 minutes is how long I waited after my appointment time before I walked out. Don't waste your time if you have other options.
if you see my history i have NEVER written a bad review before. If I could make this 0 stars I would. The PAs are amazing but the management could use some work. They are so inconsiderate and do not inform their patients of important medication changes before sending to the pharmacy. Do not recommend going here.

An incredibly unprofessional and incompetent practice. The PA's are pretty cool, but management micromanages them to the point of impracticality. I know multiple people who have had negative experiences here. If you are trying to have a regular location for your medical needs, I would recommend looking elsewhere. If you are in a bind and absolutely need something, they do have walk-ins, but in hindsight I would say it wasn't worth it.
