Dr. Gaines is fantastic, and the office staff matches his level of care—friendly, efficient, and truly on top of things. Compared to the doctors I used to see in Gainesville, this practice feels like a breath of fresh air. I never have to chase down prescriptions, follow up on delays, or deal with any of the usual frustrations. Thank you, Dr. Gaines, for turning my doctor's office into a place I actually look forward to visiting. You're always approachable, thorough, and just genuinely cool 😉 Highly recommend!
EXELLENT STAFF & CARE First visit Dec 29th, suspect cancer, Gloria immediately got on phone ordered mammogram, Ultrasound, Labs. The following week we had biopsies and a 2 hrs appt with oncologist. We have scheduled PET scan, surgeon and Chemo doctor for this week. It is amazing how Dr Juarbe and the entire staff have accommodated us so quickly and politely. I couldn't have picked a better PCP. It is unheard of that this happens with a 30 period of meeting a doctor.
