We were working with Brett and paid $230 and received one treatment. The 2nd treatment i had to call him bc it was 4 days past when he was supposed to come back. When he came over he apologized and said he would do an additional treatment we would usually pay for free of charge and would be back in 2 days and never showed. Does a great job and keeps the bugs away. I had a ant problem between quarterly visits and Brett came out the same day to take care of it free of charge. Great prices and great service, I highly recommend.
