Although they cannot work on the specific item I brought in, they were very nice and directed me to someone who could work on my very specific item, and I really appreciate that. It was really close to where he is located and was a very convenient alternative and so I just wanted to show my appreciation for his professionalism. Thank you.

Had a Koa urn engraved for my mother's ashes. Bryce and staff were so patient with me. After several emails back and forth with proofs of different engraving styles, I finally picked one. It was ready that afternoon. It's beautiful, I'm so pleased with it. Friendly, prompt service and reasonably priced. Highly recommend

Life happens when you least expect it. The job was for an engraved service plate for my father's shadow box, needed within days of his upcoming memorial service.
