I went to this company in response to a phone call for a particular position. I completed the paperwork and then was told that my resume would get forwarded to the supervisor in need of call center personnel. I received a call back from the Owner/ Staffing Specialist at the last minute to schedule an interview but I had other plans. She instructed me that she would get back and never did.
