After a four year absence from the work force, I recently signed up with Express. I submitted my online application and met with Kelly. She is amazing! She listened to my concerns, my desire to return to work, the difficulty I've had, and what I was looking for. I respond to almost all job postings but was never given a call regarding the positions available and were still being posted day's later. I asked one of their employees why they ignore my willingness to work and they said it was because of my background which I highly doubt. I've worked with many agencies and was never discriminated against and I honestly believe it's personal. Well they gave me a one day assignment to act as if they're really trying to get me work and to top it off, my hours were never submitted to payroll... read more
