I arrived 10 minutes early for a scheduled employment appointment, believing punctuality would be appreciated. Instead, I was told I was interrupting lunch and was met with an unwelcoming attitude. One staff member appeared upset that I arrived early, and another returned late from lunch and dismissed my concerns without offering assistance.
