Havent personally gone through this agency but after reading most of the reviews and seeing some of the very unprofessional, passive-aggressive responses that Express Employment Professionals has left on some of the negative reviews, it makes me not want to go through them. Even if they were in the wrong, underhandedly slamming them on social reviews is very unprofessional for a company with Professional, LITERALLY, in their name. They said they'd give me a call and after a month of not hearing from them I called and found out they had taken me off the list as "active". He had to put me back on it!
DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL MAKE YOU THINK YOU GOT A JOB FORCE YOU TO PUT IN A FAKE REVIEW AND ADD THEIR NAMES FOR A BONUS. THEY MADE ME TAKE DRUG TESTS AND ALSO TESTS THAT NO JOB WILL EVER HAVE YOU TAKE FOR EMPLOYMENT THEY TAKE MORE THEN 5-10$ FROM YOU HOURLY SALARY AND WILL MAKE YOU GO ON A TOUR WHEN THEY KNOW ITS ONE POSITION AVAILABLE THEYLL TAKE 12 PEOPLE HAVE THEM WASTE THE LITTLE MONEY THEY HAVE JUST TO NEVER CALL FOLLOW UP OR FIND THEM OTHER EMPLOYMENT OPTIONS. They waited for me to drive an hour and 45 minutes just to tell me that I had to reschedule, even though I had messaged and told them I was going to be late due to congested traffic and then proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t move forward because I had only rescheduled once before and that was due to the power lines being hit next to my house therefore losing power to the entire block. Do not recommend.
