The people were nice. But they want me to say I'm being hired (paperwork says fill out date of hire) this place and the other staffing place both do this. They say the reason is because technically you're getting paid by them and on hire. However this is also to boost a companies metrics. An owner thinks of this when talking to investors or potential clients. However many people they say they've hired is inflated. I don't even know that there's a job guaranteed for me, and I will have them on my job record. No thank you.

I spoke to the young lady on the phone and she said. I didn't have enough experience my mine have 5 plus years. Of experience machine operator if you don't want to hire certain people, just say that.

I applied for a job on indeed which was posted by express received a response from them I was unsure about it but I had nothing to loose I was searching for a job.
