The Express office is very professional and great to work with. And the company I am working at is great; all of the managers are sincere and respectful. It is so refreshing. They all knew my name in a couple of days. It was a great feeling. Managers are never too busy to talk to you and help you.
I have had limited contact with this Agency, no one will return phone calls, seems that the previous review has merit, if you dont live in the right part of town, no one will call back. Shame, when non-americansare given more credence than those that are born here.
I went in and got a job right away, They told me the job was pressure washing inside of tanks of some sort and to be there at 6:30 a.m on Monday, and to report to my supervisor, I got there at 6:05 my Supervisor was now where to be found ( He had quit) 45 min later I found another Supervisor (Bob) who Instructed me that I was to wash Drums (that had Hazardous and Non- hazdous chemicals ) I was given a hard hat and safety googles . When I went to the office, I felt a lot of respect. I met Lee Wenninger (the owner) at an employment support group through my church in Carmel. After meeting Lee, the office and staff lived up to his words.
I was laid off in March 09 and was looking for work on my own. In April 10 I moved to Noblesville and was unfamiliar with the city. I went to Express in June and had a job by July. I want to thank the staff for their kindness and always answering my questions. Special thanks to Kelly Chandler. You fit me into my perfect position!
My experience with Fishers Landing Express was a customer service issue. The owner Lee Wenninger was very closed minded in a request to address and resolve a customer service complaint against two of his employees by the names of Stephanie and Kelly. While there were numerous facts to back up wrongdoing, mishandling and possible violations, The owner Lee Wenninger of Fishers Express chose to ignore the facts and would not offer any disciplinary actions against the two members of his staff. I wouldnt recommend using the Carmel, IN office. While there, I witnessed two major Human Resources violations. Shannon, an employee in the office, said very negative things about an employee, using the employees full name, and speaking so loudly the entire waiting room could hear. Personal information was also left in plain view of anyone walking in the door. I would hope this will prompt an overhaul in the way this office runs its day-to-day operations.
