Express is the way to go to find employees. I like having the ability to "try before you buy" and evaluate employees before hiring them. This year, weve had some ups and downs and using Express weve been able to cover busy periods.
It was great not having to review dozens of responses and resumes and instead get three qualified people to consider. I placed an ad recently for a specialized skill and was swamped with hundreds of unqualified applications. Dont people read job descriptions?
