Express was very helpful and resourceful. Joe was very polite and eager to help me find a place of work. Overall I had a good experience.
Rude receptionist - Jo should not be allowed to answer the phone again. I am calling from a business and he quickly asked me for my social? When I told him I had not been there before, he rudely transferred me. I hung up and went to a different staffing agency.
The front desk guy JOE, talks to everyone like he is better than them, even to the girl that works with him. His responses were VERY condescending to everything that was asked of him. I do not understand why a company would let him interact with the public the way he does.
Staff was upbeat and friendly. All smiles. Willing to help with anything
