In my case, I was given the 'false hope', as if jobs were lined up at the door for I.T. I was even told that specific employers were in need of my expertise, right away! Well it's been almost 3 months since I last visited the representative at Express. When I call to follow every other week, I would get a drawn out story about how hard they are working to help me.
