If you get Tracy as your representative, chances are you're going to get a job. If you get another representative, you might as well just look for a job elsewhere. When I first came to express, I got Tracy as my representative. I was employed within two weeks. Unfortunately that job ended due to workload. After they switched representatives on me, I wasn't placed again. I was unemployed for 4 months until I got a job on my own. They found me a full time job that will probably turn into a permanent position making the pay grade I was looking for. I couldn't even get an interview many places in Jonesboro, it's hard when you're a recent college grad with not alot of experience. I'm also getting paid on a weekly basis, as appose to full time employees who get paid twice a month. My representative, Tracy Arnett, was always helpful and pleasent.
