Josh did a nice job of replacing my smoke alarms. He also showed me how to change the batteries and explained the lifespan of these units - very helpful.
Great service and helped me out of a jam even when they were busy and squeezed me in.
My one star is about the customer service. every time I call because there's going to be work done in my house I tell people I have a number of cats and a dog and no matter how much I scoop or spray or clean, I'm always going to be nose blind. if that's a deal-breaker I understand. She said she would make a note of that. the day for the guy to come out. she called me and said he's going to be out at the time we agreed on and I said okay.
