The staff was friendly and made the experience enjoyable!
My physician told me my ears were very dirty and recommended me to use Debrox to clean my ears so I tried that and felt like they clogged them even more. Called here this morning and they had many openings for me to get my ears cleaned today. Got me right in, they don’t accept insurance but for $125 and getting them cleaned asap was perfect. Office was very clean, only took about 10-15 minutes, suction was a little loud but I can finally hear again! Definitely recommend getting your ears cleaned here, thank you!
I’m having a problem with my right ear over the last three days which resulted in me going to the emergency room, I left the emergency room with no answers and referred to a ENT. I had to be in Columbus for the weekend and it was Friday. My right ear might as well have been non existent for how bad the hearing was in it. I found Express Ear Care and drove from Kent to be there upon opening. They accept same day walk-ins which was a huge gift to me.
