They do a great job
This was the best experience I’ve had with a medical professional in YEARS. She was so attentive, communicative and understanding. She was the 5th dr I had seen so far for my ear and solved it instantly and told me next steps. I also was so nervous because I hate things being in my ears and she was very reassuring and patient about that too. Front desk was also great and so cheerful!
I found this practice during a panicked. Google search after a trip to urgent care made my ear wax issue worse. I was able to get in within an hour of communicating with the practice, and the nurse practitioner was outstanding. She was kind, gentle, and gave me back my hearing. I am so thankful!
The staff was friendly and made the experience enjoyable!
