I work in East Windsor and needed a haircut. I surfed the internet and found Express Cuts right down the road. After reading the reviews, I paid them a visit. Vu used a razor to cut my hair and it is the best haircut I have had in years. I have so much hair and now it is lighter, full of layers and waves; Beautiful!!

Vu, the owner of Express Cuts, has been cutting my hair for eight years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I tried him after many hair salons and barber shops in the area (many far more expensive). He cuts your hair properly., and the way you want it. He actually listens to you! I get a consistently great haircut every time. He runs a clean, tidy, friendly shop. The cost is very reasonable. If you are looking to try a new barber, give Express Cuts a try, you won't be disappointed!

I drive all the way from West Hartford just for the finest hair cut! The level of service is one of a kind and the price just right. 'Express' might be a bit deceiving because they never rush for a clean and excellent cut.

The atmosphere is always comfortable, I get my hair cut by Vu, who always keeps a positive and friendly attitude while I get the most precise haircuts in all my life ! This place is no joke, and hands down the best Barber/Salon I've ever experienced. The location is convenient, yet slightly out of obvious view in the plaza, but once you stop bye and experience these top quality professionals you'll surely find your way back ! I have been going to express cuts for years now. From the day they opened all through high school and college and will continue for coming years. Express cuts has an amazing and talented staff who can cut or color any style of hair. Not only are the hair cuts amazing but the price is cheap and the hairdressers really make it a comfortable and warm enviroment. If your in the ct area express cuts is the place to go.

i have to say ive been coming to EXPRESS CUTS since 2005 when vu and his lovly wife had first opened. so for about the past seven years i have had not one complaint or even the slightest issues with EXPRESS CUTS. i'd have to say ive defenetly made a new friend with the owner vu, a very friendly person and easy to get along with. the range in all different types of styles... from short fades to the styling of the ladies long hair they do it all, and they do it very well. and for my review i have to say highly recomended for a... read more

I have been going to Express cuts for around 3 years now and it is the only place I go to get my haircut. Vu, the owner, is an awesome dude and takes very good care of his customers. Would recommend him to anybody looking for a new barber.
