I bought my car in December of last year and I have had nothing but problems with it, I have taken my car in 5 times in less than a year to have the transmission "fixed", the car horn, key lock, the hood, and I'm still having issues with my car. I have been a customer for 8 years and this is the worst I have ever been treated. The sales department argues with you, they will not allow you to trade your car in unless you have paid on it for over 2 years, that's ridiculous and they tell you what to do. Actual payoff address. Let me tell you a story. I tried to pay off my car a few months back. During this time I was dealing with agents who acted like they could not help me. At all. I went to one Bob Moore, when that guy called he got nowhere, ended up in an argument with the agent who refused to give my payoff... they will not allow you to pay off over the phone and will have you overnight a check to their PO Box they do not check. just want to say that you have been awesome to me, unfortunately I can't say the same for the folks in Midwest city. I told them what I had and that I couldn't afford to waste money on a taxi for no reason. I was assured everything was in order and we were approved. They are all junk throw away cars. They do not care about you as a person you are just someone to trap in a rigged up broken dowm car. They have no reliable vehicles. Mind broke down 3 days after purchase.
