I bought my car in December of last year and I have had nothing but problems with it, I have taken my car in 5 times in less than a year to have the transmission "fixed", the car horn, key lock, the hood, and I'm still having issues with my car. I have been a customer for 8 years and this is the worst I have ever been treated. Actual payoff address. Let me tell you a story. I tried to pay off my car a few months back. During this time I was dealing with agents who acted like they could not help me. At all. I went to one Bob Moore, when that guy called he got nowhere, ended up in an argument with the agent who refused to give my payoff... they will not allow you to pay off over the phone and will have you overnight a check to their PO Box they do not check.
