I bought my car in December of last year and I have had nothing but problems with it, I have taken my car in 5 times in less than a year to have the transmission "fixed", the car horn, key lock, the hood, and I'm still having issues with my car. I have been a customer for 8 years and this is the worst I have ever been treated. Purchased a vehicle about 2 months ago, 2 weeks ago the check engine light came on. I went to the dealership and was told at that point it would be 2 wees before they would even look at my vehicle. However, they were not even accepting any vehicles for repair at this time, and I could take it to an auto parts store to have them diagnose the problem. Actual payoff address. Let me tell you a story. I tried to pay off my car a few months back. During this time I was dealing with agents who acted like they could not help me. At all. I went to one Bob Moore, when that guy called he got nowhere, ended up in an argument with the agent who refused to give my payoff... they will not allow you to pay off over the phone and will have you overnight a check to their PO Box they do not check.
