I had an unusual situation, and Moses (the computer guy!) was able to get my computer working same day. So glad I got to work with him and will be going back, should I need a hardware expert again. 😊
This cpmpany is overpriced and unprofestional.. there employees are not microsoft ceretified.. they are overchargeing by 100$ easy on everything.. there laptops cost less then 80$ to fox yet they charge 200+. there shop looks like a computer chop shop.. if you go there you will simply be overcharged for wasy 10$ worth work that could have been done by your best friends son.. they obviously use illegal software and key cracks.. and charge you like they bought you a new running program... simple as that.
I went there seeking the help of a professional to build my first computer. I was charged $284 for a Phenom II 965 x4 processor that sold $150 new by the owner Moses. The Phenom II X6 1100T sell brand new for $239.00 from other stores. Found out I was ripped off later after the install, was unable to return. I was told that is what I get for buying locally.
