The staff here is nice and the wait usually isn’t bad. But I’ve now gone to this urgent care on two separate occasions (a couple years apart) for sore throat, runny nose, congestion etc been told I had just the common cold or some allergies and both times tested myself at home and it was Covid. The first time I was concerned mainly bc I had a concert. Was told it was just allergies so I’d be fine. This is my preferred UC. Most of the staff is great, and things move pretty quickly. They do a better job with blood work than the labs in the area.
We went in on a weekend. Caleb was the NP and Veronica was the MA, they were awesome! They took care of my husband, gave him antibiotic & pain shot to start with. Good thing because our pharmacy was already close at the time. Thank You guys.
Honestly so surprised to see some of these bad reviews? My wife and I have both been to this office and only had the best experience. Front office staff is very nice and quick with service and we have seen by a APN named Kaleb S. for both of our appointments and he makes you feel seen and listened too while giving great education and advice ! I recommend this place to all of my family and friends. Even without insurance the self pay is more than manageable compared to the other places near by.
