Ruined my car Express Care "upsold" a differential flush to me. (extra $100). They didn't tighted the drain plug well. 2000 miles later my differential is ruined. They claim they never drained the fluid, only "sucked it out". If so, it wasn't a flush which I was charged for. They say they feel sorry for me, and I should pay to have my differrential replaced.
Great service Great service. Service technicians are really nice. They are very helpful and courteous. The prices are average and they usually have rebate programs running non-stop. Get an oil change w/ mid-grade oil, filter change, wipers checked, all fluids checked, tire pressure checked, and all other vitals checked in 15 minute stop without getting out of your car for $35.00.
