I have been here multiple times but last night and today Christy Kelley, NP really impressed me with her genuine concern for my son. I so very much appreciate the phone call today to check on him!
I use to LOVE express care when it first opened. I use to recommend it to everyone and anyone that needed a quick affordable way to see a doctor when they are sick. However, the last two times I have been there the wait time has been horrible. I took my son in for a strep throat in feb and we waited a total of 2 hours to see the doctor. I figured maybe because it was flu season it was super busy. However, I took him back today for another sore throat and we were there for over 2 hours!!! This is the only Urgent Care I go to. The people here so so thorough and take the time to listen and diagnose you correctly. No problem to small. I've been there many times and wouldn't hesitate to return or send family here.
I have been there twice.... EXCELLENT CARE.....I highly recommend them... they really care and go back and checked past history
My little was very hacky, congested, and just feeling rough. Arrived right at 9am to 5 people already waiting at door to get in. We were still in a room and seeing doctor within 45 minutes! She was very thorough and made sure her thoughts on diagnosis was correct. Sent med request and we were on our way. The entire staff is incredibly kind and efficient. So thankful we have this service in our town!
