The workers at Elm Street always treat me well and I get the medical help I need quickly.
The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a medical institution. I came in with a badly sprained ankle/possible fracture for an x ray, the nurses were rude and offered me no help at all to get around. I had to walk on my messed up ankle to the back, then to a room to sit in for 5 minutes just to be told “you’re free to go, someone will call you” I asked if I could get a brace or a wrap or something?? And they said “we don’t do that here”. Then again offered me zero assistance to leave the building after giving me zero... read more
