My experience with the express care was extremely good. No wait, knowledgeable staff the nurse practitioner seemed very confident in the things that she was doing. But, I really do not want to visit with them, should the need arise I will not hesitate.
Came in due to pain caused by chronic degenerative condition. Was told by reception that nothing could be done.
Ok but was in there for granddaughter and the doctor named Taylor was rude about baby then asked me how my back was. Stated don’t make me go there? I’ve never have been there for back issues and was about a1 year old. Don’t know him from anywhere…. Treated me dumb
Called the main number to ask about my issue and if I should bring a sample. Was told not to go to the location on Stadium Blvd. due to a 2 hour wait. And to bring my sample to the Elm Court location that has no wait. I went to the location on the other side of Jeff City to be told that they could not take my sample. That I needed to take it to the lab at the other location (Stadium Blvd.). The doctor called in a medication that the pharmacy (Walmart) didn't have and would have to order, and that my insurance doesn't cover. ... read more
