Absolutely horrible experience. I pull up, no one appears to be inside despite "open" light on. It's 3:30PM on a Monday. I sit there a solid 10 minutes and no one can be seen inside, then I call the store. A guy answers and says "yeah, we see you we'll be out in a minute". 3 or 4 minutes later 2 guys appear from a back room. They spend well over half an hour on the oil change and apparently my car has a skid plate that has to be removed. They do the oil change, and then they wrench on it endlessly making a ton of noise, and ... read more
