I went in and waited almost 2 hours to be seen. When I was seen I told Monica what my sickness was. I have a sinus infection and needed an antibiotic. She refused and said it has to run its course. She doesn't know my body I do. I even took evidence in to prove my sickness. She didn't even look in my chart to find that I get an antibiotic every Spring & Fall for the same exact thing. I do not recommend this urgent care me and my kids have gone here for all kinds of things and it's been amazing but today we went and waited over an hour the doctor was rude and didn't listen to anything I had to say about my baby and told me 3 weeks ago when we where seen everything was fine so she's fine. She had a 103 temp she said she's teething...... Do not recommend!!
From check-in to check-out, our total time spent here was 25 minutes. I took my daughter here, and we were both greeted with a smile. The nurse practioner, Coman Thomas, was wonderful. He put my child at ease and made sure she was comfortable. After the exam, he prescribed appropriate medications to address the issue as well as other self-care measures. He allowed me to ask questions, didn't make me feel rushed, and had an overall great bedside manner.
Went to urgent care mon night front desk rude like I was bothering her turned around made appointment with Mcbride on tues she sent me for chest tray n ordered them stat I went and had them done and results were in within the hr (130) and they never called yo let me know what the results were what a great dr glad she's not my regular dr or I would find a new one
Place is a joke went on Friday sick as a dog. Before I even saw the Doc nurse comes in and ask if I want a Covid Test or a Flu test. Of course I said no because I been sick since Tues. Doc came in looked in my ears and month and listened to my lungs. Then said that I have the GI bug to give it 5-10 days. Today which is Sunday I woke up very ill and went to the ER. The Doctor there listened to my lungs and said I need a chest xray. Got a chest xray to find out I have pneumonia which is very serious.
