I reached 5:30 pm and clinic closes 8 pm. After waiting 20 min on check in as receptionist was on phone taking phone checkin, i was told they are full for whole evening. They should have a online waiting time system so people don’t waste their time coming there if clinic is so busy.

Arrived at 12:43 for “Urgent Care” for my daughter. Arrived to be told I have to register from my car via the phone. It is now 1:55 and still haven’t been called in. Go to college and become a doctor yourself, as it will take less time than waiting to get in here.

Be with you shortly with a little wait ya right been sitting in my car for a hour tried ​calling no one answered I don't even know how this got past a star didn't even try calling back just totally ignored couldn't even have the decency to call and say what's going on or say it's gonna be a little bit longer..... then to top it off they were rude just basically the worst clinic in northfeild
